Digital TV Displays and Social Media Management For Hometown Car Care
About the Project
Hometown Car Care wanted every touchpoint to say the same thing the team says at the counter: you can trust us. We began with lobby TV displays that greet walk-ins with simple, high-contrast messages — quote transparency, preventative maintenance tips, and a clear “Trust Hometown” brand anchor. As results and feedback came in, the brief grew to social and ongoing graphic design: holiday campaigns, service reminders, and community posts that echoed the same visual language. The goal was a consistent customer experience—see it in the lobby, recognize it in the feed, and feel it in the service.
Across channels, the content stayed legible at a glance, friendly in tone, and grounded in real shop visuals (hands, tools, vehicles) — not stock gloss. That cohesion helped the brand feel present and reliable whether customers were waiting for an oil change or scrolling after hours.
