Frequently Asked Questions

01

HOW DO YOU MEASURE SUCCESS?

ROI. We take a data sample when we begin working together, set marketing goals based on your overall business goals and measure at agreed-upon intervals to gauge our success. From there, we break down your total investment to Rogue Wave, compared with what your average sale-per-customer looks like to get you to an estimated total Return On Investment (ROI).

02

HOW OFTEN WILL WE TALK?

Clear expectations for both ourselves and our clients keep our work incredibly efficient. If we’re working on a website, we’ll have a set timeline established based on your website size before we even begin – complete with regular touchpoints to review our progress. For monthly services like social media and blogging, we have a call every month to talk through analytics, strategy and proactive planning.

03

WHERE SHOULD I GO?

Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest…Every business is unique, so every business has unique marketing needs. Once we know your target demographic, their usual buying habits and where they spend their leisure time we can establish a solid marketing strategy complete with the “where to go.”

04

HOW DO YOU MATCH MY BRAND?

If you’ve already done some formal branding you should have a document that highlights specifics like your brand’s specific color mixes, typography, tone and voice. If not, Rogue Wave excels at uncovering what makes your brand unique. We’ll also cover helping you establish a brand promise, mission statement and tagline along with a SWOT analysis!

05

WHERE DOES CONTENT COME FROM?

You. The best content reflects the day-to-day life of your business. So, if we’re doing things like blogging or social media, we’ll talk monthly about how last month’s content performed and what’s coming up for main events and initiatives. We’ll support your efforts digitally with a creative twist, highlighting trending topics, hot hashtags and more.

06

HOW DOES IT ALL FIT TOGETHER?

Great construction all begins with a strong foundation: branding. Once you know the intricacies of your brand, we can market your brand based upon where your target market is spending their time (social media channels, a new website, etc.). The trick is consistency – as long as your brand colors, voice, personality and true essence are consistent across all platforms, you’ll have a higher conversion rate.
