About Rogue Wave Marketing

rwm waves

What is a Rogue Wave, anyways?

A “rogue wave” forms when separate currents align and rise together. That is our philosophy. We align strategy, design, content, and media so effort adds up instead of pulling apart.

At Rogue Wave Marketing, we help owners and teams who want one clear plan, one creative crew, and work that respects both brand and results.

Our Story

Sarah Ruedt started Rogue Wave Marketing in 2017 to make marketing feel organized and on purpose. Channels have evolved and platforms have shifted, and we have grown with them. One thing has not changed, and that is our care for client success.

Today we bring strategy and creative together so websites, search, content, and ads support one clear plan.

We listen first, turn goals into a clear roadmap, and build the right pieces in the right order. Strategy and creative move together, and we refine with real feedback so progress stays steady and visible.

Community Engagement

We care about our clients and we care about causes close to us. Each year we roll up our sleeves for Taking Action for Charities, a local golf outing that raises money for important nonprofits. Our role is hands-on: we built the website, manage the project, sponsor a hole, coordinate on-site purchases and registration, and of course, we bring the Jell-O shots for the golfers!

Beyond the outing, we take consistent actions that add up:

  • Work with values-aligned partners, including women-owned and local businesses when possible
  • Run remote-first to cut commuting and office waste
  • Share time with students and emerging pros through reviews, coaching, and introductions
